No. Findgarag.es is an intermediary platform. We may collect and display garage profile information, uploaded trade-license status, portfolio offers, and review data, but we do not guarantee, supervise, certify, or control any garage or service work.
Findgarag.es uses Lead Preferences to control who receives general client requests. Exact area matches are prioritized first. If a garage selects a city but no specific areas, they are treated as serving every area inside that city. Scope and minimum budget filters also apply. If a garage leaves all Lead Preferences empty, general leads fall back to wildcard matching, which means they can receive all general marketplace leads until they narrow their settings.
Platform communications may be monitored and audited for security, fraud prevention, non-circumvention enforcement, and platform safety. This does not mean Findgarag.es manages the offer, resolves disputes, or guarantees transaction safety.
We use a dynamic rating calculation that combines platform-submitted reviews after Findgarag.es offer engagements with external Google reviews fetched using a garage's Google Place ID where available.
Commission is calculated progressively on the job amount BEFORE VAT: 10% on the first 500 AED, 7% on amounts between 501 and 2,500 AED, and 4% on amounts above 2,500 AED (or 2.5% flat with a 50 AED minimum for Tires & Batteries hardware). Findgarag.es calculates platform commission strictly on the pre-VAT value, and then issues an official UAE Tax Invoice to the garage for the commission amount plus 5% UAE VAT. For example, on a 3,000 AED bill (before VAT), our commission is 210 AED plus 5% VAT (10.50 AED).
Yes. During our active early launch promo, onboarded partner garages lock in BOTH their low progressive percentage rates (10% on first 500 AED, 7% on 501-2,500 AED, 4% above 2,500 AED, and 2.5% on hardware) AND the exclusive 500 AED maximum commission ceiling (+ 5% UAE VAT = 525 AED max invoice) permanently for all future jobs! Findgarag.es reserves the right to conclude this promotion and introduce revised progressive percentage scales, different brackets, or alternative caps for newly joining garages in the future. For garages that joined during the launch promo, their entire Early Partner Plan (both progressive rates and 500 AED ceiling) remains permanently grandfathered and locked forever.
Customers pay your workshop 100% directly. You collect payment upon completion through your own POS card machine, cash, or corporate bank transfer. Findgarag.es does not collect, hold, or delay customer money. Once the job is completed, Findgarag.es issues an official invoice for our platform fee, which you settle via local UAE bank transfer within 7 business days.
Yes, you have 100% control over your pricing. You can create customized service packages, set your own prices, or provide custom quotations using our 'Price on request' estimate model. Findgarag.es never discounts or dictates your pricing without your permission.
No. Commission is only charged on bookings made directly through the Findgarag.es platform. When a customer returns to your garage directly in the future, that is 100% your customer with zero platform commission.
You pay absolutely nothing (0 AED). Platform commission is only due on successfully completed and delivered jobs. If a customer cancels, reschedules, or doesn't show up, there is zero cost to you.
Your trade license is used strictly for internal business verification to ensure only legitimate, licensed UAE automotive businesses are listed on the platform. Your documents and data are never sold or shared with external parties. If you choose to close your profile, your verification documents and data are deleted or anonymized in full compliance with UAE data protection laws and our Privacy Policy.
No. There is zero minimum period, zero subscription commitment, and zero cancellation fee or penalty. You are free to pause or deactivate your profile at any time with complete freedom.
To protect margins on high-turnover, low-margin automotive commodities, physical Tires & Batteries hardware is calculated separately from general mechanical repairs. Instead of progressive tiers, Tires & Batteries hardware is charged a flat 2.5% rate with a minimum fee floor of 50 AED per transaction.
